Absolutely saved my move when I was left in a very difficult situation I contacted Path Movers at the last minute and in a very stressful situation after my original removalist failed to complete my move. I urgently needed someone who could actually help me on the same day because my entire home was already packed and I could not postpone the move. I initially spoke with someone from the company who was very understanding and transparent with me. He explained honestly that, based on the job, the estimated cost could be around $1,000–$1,100, rather than making unrealistic promises just to secure the booking. I eventually had to call them back because another removalist arrangement fell through. By that point, their originally allocated team had already been told they were no longer needed and were leaving. Despite the inconvenience and the extremely short notice, they still agreed to help me. This is what stood out to me the most: they could have taken advantage of the fact that I was desperate and had no other option, but they didn't. They were straightforward about the pricing and did not suddenly add unreasonable charges because I needed an urgent same-day move. The actual work was completely different from my previous experience. The team completed my entire move in approximately 4–4.5 hours, including dismantling and reassembling my bed. They moved everything from the original property and placed everything at the new property. And importantly, I did not have an enormous household to move. Although it was technically a two-bedroom property, I only had belongings from one bedroom and mostly small boxes, with no particularly heavy or difficult items. The team worked efficiently and got the entire job done. I was extremely stressed when I contacted them, and I know I was frustrated and probably not the easiest customer to deal with at that point. Nevertheless, they remained professional and helped me when I genuinely needed it. I am genuinely grateful that they agreed to take the job at the last minute and completed the entire move without taking advantage of my situation. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Path Movers, especially if you need a removalist who is transparent, efficient and willing to help when you're in a difficult situation.
