Binh Nguyen16 September 2024OVERRATED! SLOW SERVICE! I moved with this company last month and it was a disappointing experience. The guys tried to finish the job in the LONGEST TIME POSSIBLE. Took ages to finish the job despite me giving them a hand during the move and doing lots of things to speed up the process (including moving all fragile items in advance, booking a larger truck to have more space, packing mangageable sized boxes, disembling all large furnitures, wrapping TV and other furniture with bubble wraps, moving most light boxes downstair before the move day). Ended up exceeding their estimate by 1.5 hours (5h45' not including travel/transit time compared to 4.15'). They came in and spent 10' weeping the truck??? Spent time weeping the truck before they left too. They walked and moved (even when not carrying anything) like taking a stroll after a big meal. They made sure to take their time tying and securing things, still ended up not packing the truck efficiently and leaving some items for me to carry (The truck still had tons of vertical space). They talked me into booking a large truck, but it wasn't even neccessary if it weren't for how poor they packed it.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Kanokporn Argyropoulos9 September 2024We decided to hired CBDWAY movers to move our house last week and it was the worst decision we have ever made! I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable and i have to give 1 star to write the reviews! Firstly i booked at 12pm and they arrived at 4:15pm which is so unprofessional we ended up moving our belongings ourselves. After so many phone calls with the driver, he ended up blaming their own boss and got told to call their boss and complain him. We called the boss, the boss blamed it on their staffs and said he couldn’t control what the staff said or did and it’s not his responsibility with rudeness and ignorance. We asked and got told a few things from their boss and he ended up changing his words afterwards. It took over 2 hours to load the truck so we ended up helping them unload and got one of our friends to come and help which could understand the movers language. The movers were saying so many rude things and gave us attitude the whole time. We got call from the boss when we were unloading the truck around 7pm and asked when his staffs would be finished as he needed the payment right away! Half way through unloading we couldn’t give the exact time and he still kept demanding us to pay right away. The invoice came with extra cost that was never discussion when booking. He refused to take any responsibility and said he forgot to let us know and wanted the payment straight away when everyone still unloading the truck. At the end our furniture was everywhere and some damages from the moving. We couldn’t wait for them to leave the house fast enough and by far the worst experience we have had to deal with! still can’t believe how unprofessional and disrespectful this company is! Would never recommend this company to anyone and if the boss thinks he isn’t the one responsible, ignores their staff’s behaviour then you shouldn’t own a business or neither deserve to be anyone’s boss.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
